A Disneyland Photo Scavenger Hunt

By
Good Afternoon!

Have you ever thought of doing fun activities in the parks while running from ride to ride? I have, but I've never really taken the time to do any of them. One of the ideas that I love is doing a photo scavenger hunt in the parks. So, why not create my own for you guys to have fun with?!

Where in Adventureland can you find Mrs. Potts & Chip?

If you guys try this out, I would love to see your photos! Submit your favorites throughout the rest of this year by emailing enchantedpumpkinblog@gmail.com Get creative and have fun!

How to Score Good FASTPASS Times for Big Ticket Rides at California Adventure

By
Good Morning! This week I want to share one of my favorite tips to give family and friends when planning their vacations! Since California Adventure’s major remodeling project and rededication back in 2012, the park has received some really popular and exciting attractions! However, the lines for these attractions can get extremely long. I checked the Disneyland app just after 12:00 PM yesterday and the line for Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout! was already 80 minutes long with FASTPASS return times between 6:50 & 7:50 PM. Radiator Springs Racers was up to 150 minutes and FASTPASSES were already gone for the day! However, getting decent FASTPASS times for these two rides is not impossible! And no, you don’t need to purchase MaxPass to do it (though it can be a good option). The key is to arrive EARLY . You will actually want to plan on getting to California Adventure at least 30-45 minutes before the gates open. Make sure to take into account days with Magic Morning Hou...

Make Waiting in Lines Fun!

Good Morning & HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Disneyland!  On July 17th, 1955, Disneyland opened up to the public! Even though opening day was a bit of a disaster, Disneyland still welcomed its 1 millionth customer only 7 weeks later. Now, 63 years later, Disneyland is more popular than ever and crowds keep getting bigger and bigger - creating really long lines for popular attractions.  The idea of standing in those long lines is a bit daunting - however, there are some ways to make those wait times a little less boring! Here are a few of our favorite ways to pass the time!  Heads Up! If you have a smart phone, download the app "Heads Up!" (by Ellen DeGeneres.) It's a lot like the game Headbands, and is a mobile version of the game Ellen plays on her show. One person will hold the phone towards the group so they can't see the screen, and the rest of the group tries to get them to guess the words that pop up on the screen. When you are in Disneyland, turn on your locati...

PetsHotel Review!

By

Good Evening!  This week we review the PetsHotel by PetSmart - because our furry friends deserve it! Ranger's first stay away from home! BUT FIRST! We have some exciting news - after over a year of being closed, Disneyland Resort recently announced their plans to open up on April 30th! I am so excited about this, and I can't wait to go back. Since I am not a California Resident, it will be some time before we can get in, but expect some fun posts when we do! You can read more about Disneyland's announcement  here . Now on to today's subject! We recently took a lovely weekend trip down to St. George, Utah! Our hotel was not pet friendly, so we decided to board our cute 9 month old puppy at the PetSmart  PetsHotel  at Jordan Landing in West Jordan, UT for a few days. They had great reviews online, and we've loved using PetSmart for their grooming services (and pretty much everything else dog related), so we decided to give them a shot.  Booking his stay was a pret...
